Requirements to receive a grant from Caring Hearts Foundation:
A completed Caring Hearts official grant application with all required documents.
The charity must be a 501c3 Charity based in the state of Ohio.
A completed in person or virtual meeting with applicants and Charity Director and Chairperson.
A single copy of the organization’s annual budget, board of trustees and an IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter are to be included
